Returns & Exchanges

At USA Gundam Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your apparel and accessories; if you are not, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original packaging with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it firmly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
